All good - quick access to beach and restaurants.
The Location is perfect for two persons. Kitchen has all you need if you want to cook while you stay there. There is a nice beach at 100m from the room with bar. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The internet on the island is not that great, so don't expect 4k netflix streaming. Mobile network is ok with 5g.The wifi as stable and you even have an ethernet plug if you prefer cable.
The island need fiber internet. if 5g mobile network speed is acceptable you should be ok.
